If you've ever worked in London you'll know about the relentless Chuggers (Charity Muggers) who try to get even the slightest bit of attention so they can get to you to sign up to a monthly payment to a charity.

Now I've got nothing against giving to charity, in fact I'm all for it, but I hate Chuggers one after the other asking if I've got a minute.
